I am excited to announce the launch of [www.vinousmedia.com], which will go live on Monday May 20, 2013.

With Vinous, our vision is to create the world’s most vibrant wine community by bringing together professional reviews, a collection of expert voices, multimedia and, importantly, the opinions of our readers.

Our first release includes articles on the 2009 Barolo vintage, the Champagne Spring Preview and much more. Readers will also have access to my historical database of articles and reviews.

Subscriptions are $120 for one year or $200 for two years. Vinous also offers a premium subscription at $210 per year that gives readers priority access to events, tastings and additional special offers. As we hear from our reader community over the coming months we will introduce more subscription choices with the goal of giving readers the most flexibility possible.
